Tridem Bioscience Enrolls First Patients in Phase Ib Clinical Study of its Lead Vaccine Candidate for Parkinson’s Disease

Vienna, Austria — Tridem Bioscience, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering active immunotherapy for neurodegeneration, inflammatory skin diseases, and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), today announced enrollment of the first patients in its Phase Ib clinical study of its lead vaccine candidate, TRB-001, in Parkinson’s disease. Tridem also reported encouraging data from its named-patient-use (NPU) program with TRB-001 and has completed recruitment for a small POC-type Phase I study with this candidate. Tridem Bioscience is actively seeking strategic co-development and licensing partnerships for its programs.
